This may include seeking compensation for damages caused by the wrongful removal of our product pages or content.

FISH LLC works closely with Shopify’s legal team and a leading U.S. law firm to prevent abuse of the DMCA system. Individuals, websites, or entities submitting false claims will face severe legal consequences, including possible lawsuits for damages.

Additionally, DMCA notices submitted outside of our official DMCA form may prompt immediate legal action against the complainant, regardless of the claim’s ultimate validity. We strongly urge all parties to use the designated DMCA claim form available on our website.
